If you have an Instant Messaging account on AIM, Yahoo, or MSN, you can get help via IM from one of our Reference Librarians. Add the screen name, "tucookchat" to your buddy list, then IM us when you need help with a Library or research related question.

Towson University students, faculty or staff may ask a reference question via the Web. Questions must be very specific, requiring brief, factual answers.
