Instant Messaging If you have an Instant Messaging account on AIM, Yahoo, or MSN, you can get help via IM from one of our Reference Librarians. Research Consultation The Individual Research Consultation (IRC) service offers assistance to track down hard-to-find information, formulate extensive search strategies, or evaluate information resources.
