The Baltimore Academic Library Consortium (BALC)
TU students, faculty and staff may now go directly to the following libraries to borrow materials. Your TU OneCard must be presented in order to borrow materials. The policies and procedures for each library are described below:
- Goucher College - Julia Rogers Library

Information and Library Hours: 410-337-6361ID Required: Current TU photo ID or a non-photo ID from TU and a photo ID such as a driver's license. Loan Period: 28 days. Material can be renewed once by phone or in person. Returns: Directly to Goucher Library. Overdues: Fines $ .10/day.

Information and Library Hours: 410-617-6800ID Required: Current TU photo ID or a non-photo ID from TU and a photo ID such as a driver's license. Loan Period: 3 weeks. No renewals. Limit of 5 items. Returns: Directly to Loyola/Notre Dame Library. Overdues: Fines $.10/day
- McDaniel College, Hoover Library

Please remember you are borrowing materials directly from these libraries. It is your responsibility to understand and observe the policies of the library owning the material. Fines and other charges will be payable to the library owning the material.
These new direct borrowing privileges are in addition to the privileges currently available to you through the University of Maryland System libraries.
