Library Guide: Group Study Areas
Cook Library at has 9 group work cubicles, each equipped with furniture and a PC with dual keyboards, mice, and a 24-inch LCD monitor. The counter at the end spans the width of the cubicle. 6 chairs are provided along with a work table that is 6 feet by 30 inches.
For group work, one or two users may each control the computer, although only one at a time. It enhances the sharing of ideas by allowing different users to work with the software and computer resources.
These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and may not be reserved.
These group study cubicles are located on the third floor, in Cook 318, the Collaborative Study Area.
